Typically, a non-refundable deposit, often ranging from 25% to 50% of the total service fee, is required to secure your date and officially book the planner's services. The remaining balance is usually broken into installment payments, with the final payment due a week to 30 days before the event date.

Most deposits are non-refundable, as they secure the planner's time and block out their availability. Subsequent payments may be partially or non-refundable depending on the proximity to the event date and the services already rendered. All payments will be processed through invoice via credit card or ACH deposit.

Our planning process generally begins with an initial consultation to understand your vision, budget, and needs. From there, we develop a detailed proposal and contract. Once booked, we move into comprehensive planning phases, including vendor selection, budget management, timeline creation, design conceptualization, and logistical coordination. The process culminates in seamless execution on the event day and post-event follow-up.

Communication frequency is tailored to your needs and the chosen planning package. For full-service clients, this often means regular bi-weekly or monthly meetings (in-person or virtual), frequent email exchanges, and scheduled phone calls. For partial planning, communication may be less frequent, focusing on key milestones as the event approaches.

Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. We can handle every detail, providing you with curated options for final approval (more hands-off), or we can work collaboratively on every decision (more hands-on). Our goal is to alleviate stress, so we adapt to your preferred level of participation.

We have an extensive network of trusted, preferred vendors with whom we've built strong relationships and who consistently deliver high-quality services. We will provide recommendations based on your style, budget, and specific needs, present you with options, and handle all communication, negotiation, and contract management. While we highly recommend our preferred vendors, we are absolutely open to working with any vendors you have already chosen or wish to bring on board, provided they meet our professional standards.
